Please know traffic is heavy and parking is limited after 12pm on Fridays, weekends and holidays. If you are driving into South Beach please allot additional 45 minutes to enter South Beach and locate parking as some garages may be full and you will need to drive around to locate street parking. ALSO please check traffic advisory on Internet for any traffic delays.
Tour continues in rain or shine (except for Hurricanes Watches or Warnings). In the event of rain, we keep you indoors most of the time. Be sure to carry an umbrella or rain poncho to walk in between buildings. Statistically, rain showers do not last more than 20 minutes.

• A gratuity for the tour guide is customary and greatly appreciated.
• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended
• Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before the departure time. The tour starts promptly on time and we can not contact the guide or interrupt the tour once in progress. Tour route may vary so after the 20 minute introduction at the starting point we do not know the location of the tour for you to join if you arrive late. Please make every effort to consult maps and allot extra driving time to account for possible traffic delays. There is often heavy traffic going to the beach after 12pm Friday-Sunday and holidays
• Tour continues rain or sunshine. Passing showers or storms can occur and is regular June - November. Normally rain does not last more than 15-30 minutes. Please make sure you bring adequate rain clothes and gear.
• For wheelchair accessible route, please contact our office in advance.

No REFUNDS within 24 hours of the tour. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance to recuperate any losses in case of flight delays/cancellations or illness or emergency. Also most major credit cards offer this travel protection.
