We usually enter the Douro Valley through the charming town of Sabrosa, a place rich in history and character. It marks the beginning of what is often considered the most breathtaking stretch of the entire valley—where the landscape truly begins to enchant.
Our first stop is at a prestigious family-owned winery, where you’ll be warmly welcomed by a true wine expert. With deep knowledge and passion, they’ll guide you through the rich traditions of Douro winemaking. The visit culminates in a beautifully curated tasting of their finest wines—an experience designed to awaken your senses and deepen your appreciation for this remarkable region.
A delightful one-hour boat journey through the stunning Douro Valley, gliding along the banks near the iconic N222 road. Onboard, guests are treated to regional snacks and a refreshing drink, making the experience both scenic and relaxing.
Our second winery visit offers not only a warm welcome and breathtaking surroundings, but also a truly memorable culinary experience. Here, you'll enjoy a delicious three-course lunch, thoughtfully paired with three exceptional Douro wines. Each wine is carefully selected to complement the flavors of the meal, creating a perfect harmony between local cuisine and the region’s rich winemaking tradition.

Departure time: Please arrive 5 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth start.

- In case you have any food allergies or any dietary restrictions, please message us in advance.
- Departure time: We recommend you to meet us 5 minutes before the departing time to avoid any delays.
- We’ll be driving approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to reach the Douro region from Porto by minivan.
- Arrival time: Please expect possible delays of up to ~45 minutes on the return to Porto due factors beyond our control.
- We recommend you to have had a solid breakfast before meeting us.
- Please be mind that in Douro Valley is very cold from November until April. Please bring very warm clothes during that period.
- Please check the weather forecast in advance for Pinhão in Vila Real district - Portugal.
- In case of very bad weather conditions during the experience (such as heavy rain or strong winds), we may replace the boat trip with a visit to a third winery, including wine tastings. If you do not agree with this policy, we kindly ask that you cancel your tour within the free cancellation period.
