About this experience

Uncover paths of the underground corridors during our half-day, 4- hour trip from Krakow where it all begins. After 30 - 40 minutes drive you will get to the Wieliczka Salt Mine and join English guide. The guide will bring you closer to the history of the place and will show you the most important places in the underground world. Guided tour in Wieliczka Salt Mine usually takes around 2 - 2.5 hrs. During the tour you will be able to visit St Kinga’s Chapel - 54 m long and almost 12 m high chapel resembles interiors of medieval wooden churches and is a real underground wonder with breathtaking chandeliers made of salt crystals, underground corridors and landscapes that cannot be seen on the surface saline lakes and beautiful underground chambers. On a standard touristic route visitor have to walk around 800 stairs - 400 at the entrance. After the tour our driver will drive you back to Krakow.

Visit the Wieliczka Salt Mine, one of Poland’s top attractions that's on UNESCO's World List of Cultural and Natural Heritage. The half-day skip-the-line tour departs from Krakow.
