Beginning with a glass of Champagne, take a walk through our Kitchen Garden, and select some garden produce to be used in the preparation of your lunch. Hosted by our St Hugo Chef, take a tour of our garden with the opportunity to pick some of the fresh produce that will be transformed in front of your eyes by our kitchen team.
Then head back to St Hugo to be seated at the best spot in the house, at our open kitchen with a full view of our Chefs at work.
