About this experience

Thanks to a perfect combination between a mild climate and a diversified terrain, our region is capable to offer a wide range of excellent wines. From the DOC white wine produced in the area of Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Cisternino to the Primitivo di Manduria, a full-bodied red wine, from the Negroamaro produced in the south of Apulia area called Salento to the Nero di Troia, typical of the northern part of the region, you have an embarrassment of riches in tasting all them!

What you'll see

We can customize the wine tasting experience on the basis of our customers desires. Probably we will make this wine tasting in a new elegant bistrot in Noci, in the city centre. Here you will taste different kind of Apulian wines like the DOC white wine typical of the Itria Valley, the Negroamaro of the Salento, the Primitivo of Manduria and the Nero di Troia. You will taste also typical products of our territory as "taralli", "bruschette", "mozzarelline" and salami. The price doesn't include the transfer from your accomodation to the bistrot but we can organize it at an additional price.
