Alcatraz Island with Ferry

Board a 30-minute ferry ride across San Francisco Bay to Alcatraz Island. Known to the world as “The Rock,” the prison was famous for housing inmates like Al “Scarface” Capone and the “Birdman” Robert Stroud.

Listen to a 45-minute audio tour and hear stories from inmates themselves and step inside a prison cell to see what life was like during that infamous era. Return to San Francisco at your own pace; ferry boats return every 30-40 minutes.

Guided Muir Woods Tour
