Stop 1

You will be picked up from your hotel in Mumbai in an air conditioned vehicle for your guided tour of this cosmopolitan city. You will see the iconic Gateway of India stone arch, built by the British Raj in 1924 on the Mumbai Harbor waterfront.

In the Malabar Hills where Mumbai's rich and famous live, you will see the the Hanging Gardens.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya, formerly known as the Prince of Wales Museum of Western India, is one of the premier art and history museums in India.The museum is in a Heritage building that is a fine example of the Indo-Saracenic style of architecture and houses a world-class collection of over 60,000 art objects.

Next, you will see the Dhobi Ghat, a well known open air laundromat in Mumbai. The washers, locally known as Dhobis, work in the open to wash the clothes from Mumbai's hotels and hospitals.

You will also see the Gandhi Memorial Museum.  In 1955, this building was dedicated as a memorial to Gandhi and to the activities of great significance he initiated from here.

Finally take the Churchgate Street down to Marine Drive to enjoy a fantastic view of the Art Deco Skyline that has become an identity of Mumbai. At the end of the tour, you will be brought back to your hotel in Mumbai.
