Established in 1992, the museum has exhibits from around 50 countries. It traces the evolution of toilets, social habits and etiquettes over the ages.

From the Rail Museum drive over to the Crafts Museum. Built in the form of an Indian village, the museum complex houses mud huts with painted walls and thatched roofs, village shrines, terracotta horses and other artifacts from Indian villages. The museum contains a vast collection of jewels, metal forms, basketry, textiles, terracotta and glazed pottery, wood, stone and ivory carving, toys, puppets, masks and papier mache and folk painting. It is a great place to see the rich and diverse arts and crafts of India all under one roof.
