Stop 1

You will be picked up at your hotel in Mumbai and driven to the Gateway of India.  At the jetty, you will be met by the Aquasail staff who will assist you with filling out the necessary forms and familiarize you with the sailing equipment (life jackets, etc).  You will board a 25 foot sports yacht for your private one and half hour sail across Mumbai Harbor.  Your sailing staff will point out lighthouses, coastal batteries, ships anchored in the Channel and the Mumbai skyline. You'll be able to explore the island city from the sea and add a new dimension to your visit to Mumbai. It is a great way to be introduced to the joy of sailing and a wonderful way to spend a few hours relaxing.  Your private sail will end at the Mandwa Aquasail Sailing Center. Since the return to Mumbai usually is against the wind, your package includes a return by ferry which takes about 1-1.5 hours.  Upon arrival back at the Gateway of India, your driver will bring you back to your hotel in Mumbai.
