You will be picked up from your hotel in an air conditioned vehicle and brought to the home of an Indian family. After a warm welcome, you will be served traditional Indian Chai Tea and have time to get to know your hosts. You will then start to learn the vegetarian or non-vegetarian Indian dishes. Understand and taste the bold spices and aromatic herbs that make this cuisine so unique. As you cook with your host, you will hear about the foods and traditional ingredients used to make their everyday meals. In addition to sharing an incredible meal, you will experience the warmth of Indian hospitality. It will be an interesting and intimate experience.
