The new world class Allianz Stadium is one of Australia’s top destinations for major sporting and entertainment events. Home to some of Sydney’s most successful sporting franchises, this 42,500-seat rectangular stadium, situated next to the world-famous Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) and on the doorsteps of the vibrant CBD, opened in September 2022.

The Cox Architecture designed stadium, the third for this location, will complement the natural parklands surrounds and will feature a state-of-the-art roof, featuring unique lighting effects. A striking bronze façade, stunning ribbon lighting encasing the stadium and award winning artist Tony Albert’s unique seating design “Two Worlds Colliding – Water and Land” are a few the standout features.
