In Kipsala, you can find the Žanis Lipke Memorial, dedicated to Oskars Lipkēvičs, his family, and assistants, who bravely saved hundreds of Jewish people during the Holocaust. When viewing Kronvalds Park from the side of Riga Canal, you experience a tranquil and green landscape that contrasts with the city's noise. The building was built typical of European theater architecture at the end of the 18th century. The theater building has a baroque composition of facades, in which the architectural elements and details of the Renaissance, Classicism and Art Nouveau are used.
