About this experience

Auschwitz was established in 1940 It was the biggest Nazi concentration camp for Poles and prisoners from other countries. They were condemned by the hitlerite fascism to isolation and slow extermination by hunger, exhausting work, criminal experiments, or to a quick death as a result of individual and mass executions. A place definitely worth seeing.

Wieliczka Salt mine Is a priceless historical monument of the world's material culture and the only open mining facility in the world working continuously since the Middle Ages.

Detailed itinerary

Stop 1 Pass by

You will be picked up directly from your accommodation place in between 07:30am and 09:20am (pick up time will be confirmed two days before tour). Meeting will took place either at the front-desk of a hotel or outside near an entry to apartments. Just after collecting all participants you will reach Auschwitz in about 1 hour 15 minutes.

Stop 2

English guided tour in Auschwitz and Birkenau Museum is provided by a licensed museum guide . (Headphones are included) Visiting the camps takes around 3,5 hours and consists of sightseeing of two Nazi camps & Auschwitz and Birkenau.

Stop 3

Next we are going to the Salt Mine. It is possible to order lunch box. Tickets for English tour are included, parking, entrance all fees included.

Stop 4 Pass by

After tour you will be taken back to Krakow. Either to your accommodation place or any other destination within the city.

Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.
