Fording the Fremont River keeps most from reaching the northern district of Capitol Reef which requires high clearance 4×4 vehicles. Hop in our closed vehicle with a professional guide who will serve as your driver.

Important information

Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health

Suitable for all physical fitness levels

The vehicle used for the tour has 4 regular, adult sized seats and 2 small, child sized seats. Therefore, we can accomodate up to 4 adults and 2 childern for 6 passengers maximum. 1 adult and 5 children would also work.

This offroading tour involves rough, bumpy roads that are not recommended for anyone wanting to avoid being jostled around. Pregnant travelers and those with back problems must use their own discretion.

Meeting point

Just across the highway near the big Phillips 66 gas station you will see a wooden archway. Follow the short gravel road into a circular driveway to the bed and breakfast building.
