We ask that guests arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Guests will receive a confirmation text 24 hours before flight departure.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• No food allowed on the seaplane
• All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions
• On Rottnest Island, infants can be hosted. Please ask our staff for more information.
• On Rottnest Island, in the event of high wind above our seaplane take off and landing
crosswind limit, an alternative flight from Rottnest Island to Jandakot Airport will be arranged.
It is common for Rottnest Island to experience unfavourable winds in the afternoon which can
restrict Seaplane transfers. The option of a ferry back to Perth can be arranged and a partial
refund applied.
• Whilst every care is taken for the safety and well being of all passengers, it is strongly recommended that all passengers arrange their own travel insurance
• Weight restrictions mean we cannot take passengers over 120kg.
