Pico da Barrosa with 947 mtrs high and Lagoa do Fogo, nominated as one the 7 wonders of Portugal (Firelake) by the south, descending after by the North of the island with great views of the city of Ribeira Grande

Caminho da Tondela on a dirt road passing through the Ribeira Grande streams;
Ribeira Grande Hot Springs for 15/30 minutes for rest, coffee, toilets

Fábrica do Chá Gorreana with a stop of between 15 and 30 minutes for a visit, explanation and tea tasting (the biggest tea plantation for industrial use in Europe);
We commence the return passing through the peaceful Maple tree zone of Coroa da Mata with great sightseen views of Santa Iria
