What you'll see

Travels may call or email us with their requests. We will need date, time, Pickup & drop location, number of travelers, number of luggage pieces, choice of vehicle, any special requests and for charter services, estimated number of hours.
The booking will be created once the payment details are satisfied and a confirmation email will be sent showing all the details.
The traveler will receive a follow up email a day prior to the pickup date with chauffeur and vehicle information. Once the chauffeur is on location, an auto text will be sent to the primary traveler's cell phone number stating name and phone number of the chauffeur.
If the travelers are unable to locate the chauffeur they may contact him directly or call our 24/7 helpline so we can connect them to their respective chauffeur immediately.
One the trip has been completed, within 24 hours the travelers will receive the final charges along with payment receipt. Our chauffeurs do not charge or make any cash transactions, all billing related matters are taken place securely at our office. Travelers are welcome to contact us with any questions or clarifications.
