Minors may join for the tour and car seats can be provided at request. It is mandatory to have car seats and booster seats for children under 8 years old by State Law. If it is discovered that there is no communication by the client to us that there will be children under age 8 on the tour. And we arrive at the specified pickup time, the ride will be forfeited at no refund. Driver shall refuse to provide service due to state laws. We only serve alcoholic drinks for travelers 21 years and above. Minor travelers below 21 years old will be served non-alcoholic drinks. The 1 hour private tour includes travel time and stopped time. So for example if a ride is scheduled to start at 7pm, it's approximate end time is 8pm. And that includes the stopped visit time at the Las Vegas Sign.
