The cancellation policy depends on the time remaining until the event, as detailed below:
Cancellations up to 30 days before the event: Full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before the event: 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations between 4 and 14 days before the event: 30% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the event: No refund will be given.
Cancellation Due to Adverse Weather - If the regatta is canceled on the day of the event due to adverse weather conditions, the following policies will apply:
Event Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled for another date, tickets will be valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the amount paid if they do not attend the Hospitality. If they do attend, they will be entitled to the planned catering service and a 60% refund.
Cancellation Due to Lack of Registrations - The Hospitality reserves the right to cancel a day if the minimum number of registrations is not met. In such cases, buyers will be offered the following options:
Full Refund: A full refund of the amount paid.
Date Change: Buyers may choose to switch their tickets to another available date.
Notification: Buyers will be notified by email at least 3 days in advance about the cancellation.
Age Restrictions
Entry to the VIP Corporate Hospitality area is restricted to individuals aged 16 and over. No entry will be allowed for those under this age.
Right of Admission
The VIP Corporate Hospitality at CNB reserves the right of admission. The organization may deny entry or request the departure of any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or who does not comply with event rules.
