Ucogrill This is a unique activity in Mendoza where you combine the opportunity to visit a winery tasting its wines and also the experience of living an Argentine asado with locals that explain in detail this art that is a custom in our country. Our driver will pick you up for your accommodation.
The visit to the Winery will be in the afternoon and the Roast at sunset.
The Asado will have many cuts of meat, Matambrito, Chori, Lomo, etc. This will be combined with grilled vegetables and then an Argentine dessert. They will also try Mendoza Wines that they can pair.
