Guests gather in the hotel lobby and are welcomed by our staff for a quick introduction. They then board a comfortable shuttle bus, starting their journey with a scenic drive through Cat Ba’s beautiful scenery, providing a relaxing start to the evening.

6:30 PM: In the heart of Paradise Cave, guests find an exclusive dining area set up with tables draped in fine linens, surrounded by ambient lights & a naturally refreshing atmosphere combined with the echo of great music, courtesy of our in-house DJ.
Dining Experience: Guests enjoy a multi-course dinner featuring fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Each dish celebrates the flavors of Vietnam, with options for seafood lovers, vegetarians, and those seeking traditional Vietnamese flavors.
8:15 PM: Guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary tasting of “Rượu cần” (Vietnamese communal rice wine). The host will introduce the unique history and cultural significance of this traditional wine, explaining its roots in Vietnamese communal celebrations and the special method of drinking it with long bamboo straws from a shared earthen jar.
