About this experience

Visit the Tataouine region and take a stroll to the souk in the city center. Continue towards Chenini, a Berber village in ruins. Explore the Berber villages and visit the ksours, Continue towards Ksar Ghilane a ruin of the Roman fort reputed to be the southernmost of the Tunisian oases and you will have free time to bathe in the hot thermal springs of Ksar Ghilane. Settle into the Zmela camp and enjoy the silence of the Tunisian desert and live the adventure and experience of sleeping in a tent in the desert far from all light pollution under the beautiful stars. This experience allows you to discover the daily life of the local inhabitants. .
The next day visit the troglodyte villages of Matmata and explore the filming sites of the Star Wars Saga. Lunch at a local's home to taste the local cuisine. After lunch, visit Sidi Idriss, the famous site used in the filming of Star Wars. End of the day return to Djerba.
