About this experience
With the help of Larry, you'll experience a delightful Home Restaurant in Rome !
We will meet at Ale and Larry's home, a warm and cozy apartment located 300 meters from the Vatican Museum and San Peter. As we enjoy a glass of wine with some starters, we'll start the cooking session : we'll make homemade pasta (tagliatelle & maltagliati) and Tiramisù all together. You will learn time-honored techniques of preparing homemade fettuccine and maltagliati to pair with a robust ragù sauce. Follow along step-by-step as you mix and roll the dough, then cut and cook your fresh pasta. For dessert, you’ll prepare a great tiramisu, and then we'll taste your dishes together.
Included in the experience is the cooking session, the lunch built around food we have prepared together, wine for the table and coffee.
