Then let yourself be guided DEr to the Thau pond, famous for its exceptional oysters. Meet a local oyster farmer, learn traditional oyster farming methods DES, observe the oyster farms and enjoy fresh oysters with a glass of wine, facing the lagoon.

DE DE renez DE la Tourist Office DE Béziers, at 10:00, after about 40 minutes DE drive, we will go to a winery DE Picpoul de Pinet. After the visit of the estate, we will taste the wines of the estate, including the famous Picpoul, an iconic white wine, fresh and fruity, ideal to accompany DE seafood. The tour and tasting in this area will last about 1 hour

From our estate, after a 20-minute drive, we will go to the edge of the Thau pond, famous for its exceptional oysters, where we will discover the traditional methods of maturing at an oyster farmer or we can enjoy fresh oysters accompanied by a glass of white wine facing the pond and overlooking the oyster garden and the city of Sete. Duration about 1h20. Then return to Béziers at around 13:30, the return trip is about 40 minutes.
