The minimum age to drive is 18 years old. Children from 7 to 12 years old or at least 1.20 m (3.93 feet) can travel in a booster seat (please let us know in advance if you need one). All minors must be accompanied by an adult, and a Liability Waiver must be signed for children up to 13 years old.
You need to bring a valid driver's license and an ID or passport. Copies of documents will not be accepted.
What happens if the car runs out of battery during my rental? You will need to call the phone number written on the car, and we will provide all the necessary support to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
All customers with reservations must check in 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
In case of bad weather conditions, if the company considers that there are no safe conditions to carry out the activity, it can be rescheduled for the same day, subject to availability.
We accept payments by debit or credit card, cash, and bank transfer (for groups only).
You can park the Spinach in spots designated for cars and motorcycles. Just be aware that some of these parking spots are paid.
The car's documentation is in the trunk, and it has liability insurance, just like in a typical car accident. Contact the support number to expedite the process.
