our tour is the expression of the love we feel for our land. The cultivation of olive trees and the production of oil has always been part of our lives and we love the idea of being able to share it with you.
Here you can learn everything you need to know about oil production from an expert farmer: you will learn how to recognize quality oil and also how to purchase food more responsibly. But we certainly won't just give you theoretical notions! We will take you to see our trees which are more than 1200 years old up close: you can touch them and, for the bravest ones, even climb! Then we will take you to visit a small, very ancient church that is part of the history of our community and lastly you will have the opportunity to dine with typical local dishes prepared using the oil that we produce, so you can taste it!
by purchasing our experience, guests will have the opportunity to participate in a guided tour of our latest generation oil mill and to learn the secrets behind the production of extra virgin olive oil. Then they will get on our Magic Bus with which we will take them to see our centuries-old plants and to visit a little church that is more than 400 years old, of which they will learn the interesting history. To conclude, they will be able to dine with excellent food cooked by an expert chef who prepares her dishes using only excellent quality extra virgin olive oil produced on our farm.
