Detailed itinerary

Stop 1

We will explore the sacred grounds of the "World Heritage" Fushimi Inari Shrine, while the guide will share with you cultural insights and details not available on any other tour.

Stop 2

After the Shinto shrine, we will experience the most famous Buddhist temple in Kyoto, Kiyomizu Temple. The ancient, traditional architecture is spectacular and the guide will share interesting stories about it's legendary history.

Stop 3

We will do a fun "Foodie Tour" at the historical Nishiki Food Market. There will be at least 3 tasty food samplings (bought by the guide) included in this portion of the tour. You will get to experience real, Kyoto style food culture.

Stop 4

The best place to experience Samurai history is the Nijo-jo Castle. The guide will take you through the amazing samurai style gardens, interiors, and architecture, giving you the full Japan experience.
