Stop 1
We start the tour exploring the Liverpool Street area of London with its city traders and their drinking dens, soaking up their culture and the atmosphere.
We also go around some of the local backstreets to look at the amazing local restaurants, bars and shops.
We then reach Spitalfields Market where we visit a local contemporary cafe for a light breakfast.

Stop 2
We explore more of Spitalfields market and its backstreets. Spitalfields is actually a continuation of the back streets of Liverpool street and as such has many hidden secret shops, cafes and bars.
Spitalfields market itself used to be the centre of the local clothing rag trade.
Now it's a supercool collection of amazing food stalls plus gifts and clothing stands.

Stop 3
We take a leisurely walk across the road from Spitalfields and show you the real like a local neighbourhood of Brick Lane with all its secrets, gift shops and the Truman Brewery, a converted relic from the past.
The Local Food Bank.
That's right, a food bank in the UK. We visit the local food bank and try to contribute to their efforts by providing 'tips for locals'. Its very important to contribute at Christmas. Tips are not obligatory.

Light Lunch at a Contemporary London Restaurant.
