We take a leisurely walk across the road from Spitalfields and show you the real like a local neighbourhood of Brick Lane with all its secrets, gift shops and the Truman Brewery, a converted relic from the past.

That's right, a food bank in the UK. We visit the local food bank and try to contribute to their efforts by providing 'tips for locals'. Its very important to contribute at Christmas. Tips are not obligatory.
