About this experience

The most scenic tour. Travel south along the Seward Highway named one of the most scenic byways in North America taking in ocean & mountain views. Ride an aerial tram (included) up Mount Alyeska 2300 feet above sea level and enjoy panoramic vistas. Lunch/food is on your own at the Bore Tide Deli & Bar at the top. At sea level, your admission is included to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center; learn about how this non-profit wildlife sanctuary cares for The Last Frontier’s injured and orphaned animals. See the amazing recovered wildlife like Grizzly Bear, Moose, Caribou, Musk Ox, and much more! Return to Anchorage after this photographic experience lasting approximately 5.5 to 6 hours.

Scenic view point on the Seward Highway along the Turnagain Arm. Depending on weather & time, we might make a photo stop here.

Depending on the time of season, look out for people salmon fishing along Bird Creek.

You will take a spectacular tram ride up Mount Alyeska, and have some free time at the top to grab some food and a drink and enjoy the amazing scenery (tram ticket included; food on your own).

IF open, visit The Roundhouse Museum & gift shop while at the top of the tram.

Stop 5

We will visit the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center to see and learn about the amazing wild animals in the care of this non-profit animal sanctuary. Caring for injured & orphaned wildlife, and working on animal restoration, this amazing program is dedicated to education, conservation, and research regarding Alaska's wildlife. We will guide you through the first half, and then you will have some free time to walk around on your own for the second half of the visit.

We drive through some amazing scenery within Chugach State Park and Chugach National Forest. Dramatic mountain landscapes, glaciers, & ocean views! Depending on time and weather, we will make a scenic photo stop here.
