About this experience

Experience the magic of dawn on our Sunrise Cruise with a maximum of 10 passengers. We'll set sail in our Sea Ray boat 75 minutes before sunrise and will journey south along the Intracoastal Waterway toward Ponce Inlet and our destination on the Atlantic Ocean. In the serene darkness before dawn, the lights of elegant waterfront homes and bridges will guide our way, giving way to stunning orange hues over the horizon as we approach the Inlet. Once there, we'll follow the jetty for about a mile out into the ocean, pausing to watch the sun rise over the horizon. Enjoy mimosas or juice (under 21) and breakfast pastries as the sky ignites with breathtaking hues of orange, red, and pink. On our return, watch pelicans and seagulls dive for their breakfast and keep an eye out for playful dolphins. If you've never seen the sunrise over the ocean, this will be an unforgettable experience.

Detailed itinerary

1
Stop 1

We'll head off before the sunrise and head south down the Intracoastal River. Along the way we'll take in the sights of all lit-up waterfront homes and bridges. As dawn breaks, we'll see the incredible orange glow lifting off the tops of the trees and buildings as the horizon starts to brighten. The dolphins are just waking up and start their feeding around this time, so we'll expect to see them as the day breaks.

2

Seas permitting, we'll enter the Atlantic Ocean from the Ponce Inlet access and head east along the jetty. At the far end of the jetty, we'll stop and sit to watch the dramatic sunrise over the ocean. Seagulls and pelicans will be looking for their breakfast as they swoop and dive around the boat. We'll spend 15 - 20 minutes here with Mimosas for the adults and juice for those under 21 along with breakfast pastries for all

3
Stop 3

After the sunrise and the mimosas, we'll head back to port along the river. Expect the dolphin activity to increase significantly as they feed on the plentiful fish in the River.
