Our Tour Guide will have a brief introduction about the history and geology of the ancient supervolcano - High Island Super Volcano, which is erupted 140 million years ago. How the eruption formed the landscape and geoscape of Hong Kong Today? Why it is so unique in the world? What are the features ?

High Island is the Origin of All the Geological Features in Sai Kung. High Island has an Ancient Supervolcano that last erupted 140 million years ago, The volume of erupted ash is estimated to have exceeded 1,300 cubic kilometres, which can cover the whole of Hong Kong. The Original Diameter of the Volcano's base of The High Island Supervolcano, is estimated to be 18km.

After watching the Organ Cliff Wall of Po Pin Chau, Our Boatman will try to take you cross through the Sea Strait between Fa Shan and Po Pin Chau, which is called God Cut Strait. It is named that way because the cut marks of both sides of the cliff is too neat that it is hard to believe the strait is naturally formed. The hiker who first named it believe that only God knows the answer

Wang Chau Kok Cave is a 30-metre-high sea arch with beautiful Hexagonal Rock Columns next to it. It also has a nickname "Little Taiwan" as the shape of the arch looks exactly the same as the map of Taiwan

Heading to the largest sea arch in Hong Kong and East China Seas - "Guan Gong Cave" in Basalt Island!

"Guan Gong Cave" is a 45-metre-high sea arch at Basalt Island, the forces of sea and wind have helped the development of it.

The nickname of the arch - "Guan Gong Knife Cave" as it look like the Green Dragon Crescent Blade, a legendary weapon wielded by the Chinese general Guan Yu in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms"

Bluff Island Cave is actually a sea tunnel more than a sea cave or sea arch. It's 25 metres above the shoreline and 30 meters long and there's another sea cave right on top of the sea arch.

The Jin Island Cave (Bell Arch) is always the passenger's favourite, as our experienced boatman can take you to traverse through the sea arch by the speedboat to have a closer look, this sea arch is at around 30 meters high.

The Speedboat Tour include 30 minutes in the Volcano Discovery Centre with tour guide explaining the Supervolcano history and 90 minutes in the Speedboat Travelling to Ung Kong Group, High Island and Po Pin Chau. For the 90 minutes Speedboat Sightseeing Trip, there would be approximately a total 30 minutes transfer time between each attractions
