Escape the city and enjoy in Slovenia’s pristine alpine beauty on this unforgettable day trip. Departing from Ljubljana, we’ll head to the breathtaking Logar Valley, one of the most stunning glacial valleys in Europe, known for its unspoiled nature and dramatic mountain views.
Our adventure begins with a visit to Rinka Waterfall, Slovenia’s second-highest waterfall, plunging 90 meters into a rocky basin. This natural wonder is a spectacular sight and a protected landmark within the Logar Valley Landscape Park. A short scenic hike brings us close to the falls, where you can feel the refreshing mist and admire the raw power of nature.
After working up an appetite, we’ll stop for a traditional lunch at a charming mountain lodge, where you can savor local Slovenian flavors surrounded by alpine scenery. Next, we’ll drive along the famous Solčava Panoramic Road, a route offering spectacular views of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps, with stops to admire the scenery and capture stunning photos.
You will visit the Logar valley with a photo stop. The valley will also be visible from a higher ground.
After a short walk you will visit the Rinka waterfall and be able to take pictures. If you wish you will also get a chance to visit the "Eagles nest" lodge.
The tour will take you along the Solčava panoramic road with a few photo stops on the way.
