Airport Pickup:
On your arrival day, our driver will closely monitor your flight to adjust for any changes and meet you inside the terminal at the actual arrival time. The driver will greet you in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name, and assist with loading your luggage. You’ll enjoy 60 minutes of free waiting time from the actual flight landing. If your flight is delayed or canceled, don’t worry—we will adjust your free waiting time accordingly. In case of a flight cancellation by the airline, you will receive a full refund.
To stay connected, use the free Wi-Fi available at any UK airport and contact your driver via WhatsApp. Rest assured, your driver will send you a welcome message as soon as you land.
Hotel/Residential Property/Train Station Pickup:
The driver will wait directly in front of your door. If parking is restricted, the driver will park as close to the pickup location as possible. A 15-minute free waiting period begins from your scheduled pickup time.
