Stop 1

Start your excursion in the morning by taking transportation from your resort to Blue Hole, a hidden swimming paradise where the green nature and flowing freshwater of the Jamaican rainforest will amaze you. Follow your guide through this incredible place consisting of waterfalls and three natural swimming pools. Climb the cascades and, if you’re feeling adventurous, take the Tarzan rope swing and splash down into the cool blue, natural pools to combine excitement with relaxation.

Should you not be too adventurous and would rather chill out, just float and swim at your own pace in the natural pools, or go beneath the cascading waters and rinse away all your worries. You can also go inside Blue Hole’s hidden caves to unleash the geologist in you to truly connect with this natural world.

Stop 2

After your time splashing and swimming in Blue Hole, don’t be surprised if your hunger has awakened. Luckily, the next part of your excursion is a lunch stop at the Mongoose Jamaica Restaurant and Lounge. Experience the flavors of Jamaica at this amazing authentic Jamaican restaurant.

To end your excursion on the highest possible note, your final stop will be the magnificent Dunn’s River Falls. This is one of the most visited sites in Jamaica because it’s a natural marvel to behold. More than 600 feet long, these freshwater cascades traverse through a verdant rainforest setting unlike any other. Climb on top of them, and even watch how they flow into the turquoise Caribbean Sea. When you finish, take transportation back to your resort after a full day of free-flowing adventure.
