Private Tour Guide
Our first spot is the Spätkauf / Lateshop / Café ROJ 49, Stargarder Str. 50 in 10437 Berlin which is the place to be in Prenzlauer Berg. The locals chill at this spot and enjoy their after-work beer on cozy benches outside and have a chat with their friends to update each other about their lives.
The Lateshop is a perfect place to "Corner" - a typical Berlin activity to pregame for a night out on a budget. True to Berlin's slogan: "Arm aber sexy!" (Poor but sexy!)
We are going to meet Achmed, the kind owner of the store, who will share an entertaining "Prenzlberg" story out of the neighbourhood - an evening at this lateshop sometimes feels like straight out of a soap opera and it is rumoured that famous techno Djs from Berlin are regular customers of the lateshop.
After that we will grab a Sternburg beer, also known as "Sterni, and you will get to know your group members of the Shared Berlin Underground Party Tour while enjoying your drink with its unique aromatic taste.
Prost!
We are heading to our next destination: The bar "MOKUM".
While walking through the disctrict we can spot some graffitis and I am going to tell you more about my career as a photographer in Berlin's Techno and Graffiti scene. Try to remember some of the graffiti artists names you see on the house facades - maybe you will see them again on the street or in the Techno Club.
By the way: Both cultures are linked each other and I will you the mutuality they share in Berlin's Underground.
MOKUM is a old-school bar known for it's "Tresensport".
While enjoying a cold drink we will play a round of table soccer, but beware, some of the regulars are masters of the game and will try to score fast and precise goals! We will play a round at the pinball machine and you can try to break its highscore. Feel free to chat with the other members of the Shared Berlin Underground Party tour or practice your moves on the Rock&Roll dancefloor. Enjoy MOKUMs unique atmosphere and the vibe of it.
We are heading to the highlight of the Shared Berlin Underground Party Tour by public transport: A specially selected Techno Club to create the best Berlin party experience for you!
On the way I am going to share some tips and tricks how to pass the bouncers of the Techno Club to rave the night away.
We will reach our final destination: The best Techno party of the night!
The DJs playing, the crowd attending, the label organising and the vibe of the club itself has been took into account to choose todays unqiue Techno rave.
Enjoy Berlin's Techno which became a part of UNESCOS intangible cultural heritage recently to the fullest: Loud Techno music, powerful bass, colorful disco lighting and an atmosphere that you can experience only in Berlin.
I am going to accompany you into the club we will rave together!
The entrance fee to the club is not included in the price of the Shared Berlin Underground Party Tour. (Probably it is going to be round about 10,00 - 20,00 Euro.)
We meet in front of the Spätkauf / Lateshop / Café Roj 49.
