Transporting luggage is subject to availability, you must ask if there is availability in your transportation or write it in special requests. It is only allowed to carry hand luggage, backpacks, personal items or medium-sized suitcases for an airplane trunk without documentation. Nothing can be left on board the vans during the activities since the vehicles continue working during the course of the itinerary.
The ages registered at the time of reservation must match those declared at check-in. If it differs, if a passenger is registered as an infant or minor, and due to his age he is already considered an adult, the ticket is updated at check-in and the difference is paid for conversion to a higher ticket.
Infants can join the group, keep in mind that since their entry is free, they must sit on the lap of their parents/guardians during transportation. Although our staff and guides accompanies the group, for safety reasons they cannot take care of the baby (for example, carry or hold him/her in their arms) while the adults carry out the activities.
In case the transportation service shows up for boarding, but for some reason you did not board on time or could not show up, you have the opportunity to reschedule the excursion for our next departure with availability (cost for rescheduling varies depending on the characteristics of the reservation). These reservations will no longer be eligible for refund.
