1, Booking & Minimum Passengers
This shared transfer requires a minimum of 2 passengers to operate.
If only 1 passenger is booked, we will contact you 2 days before your travel date. Depending on the plan you purchased, your booking will either be canceled with a full refund or upgraded to a private ride for ¥6,000 JPY, payable in cash to the driver on the day.
2, Fixed Pickup Time Slots
We offer several fixed-time departures from Haneda Airport. Please select the time slot that best matches your flight, allowing at least 60–90 minutes for immigration, customs, and baggage claim.
3, Meeting Point
At your selected time, your driver will be waiting inside the International Arrivals Hall (Terminal 3) with a “Pick-U Share” sign.
The driver will wait up to 10 minutes from the scheduled departure time. If you do not arrive within that time, the vehicle will depart, and no refund will be provided.
4, Transfer to Hotel
After check-in, you may wait briefly while other passengers from the same time slot gather. The driver will then escort the group to the vehicle in the parking lot and transfer you to your hotel within Tokyo’s 23 wards.
Note: Drop-offs in Adachi, Edogawa, Nerima, Katsushika, or Itabashi wards may require an additional fee.
