Pick-up at 8:00 AM, followed by a 45-minute car transfer to the Hai Van pass, where the cycling tour begins.

At 9:00 AM, we’ll begin our scenic cycling ascent from Da Nang, conquering the legendary Hai Van Pass — an 11 km climb with an average gradient of 6–10%. The challenge is real, but every turn rewards you with stunning ocean and mountain views. We’ll take short breaks along the way to enjoy cool drinks and capture the beauty of Vietnam’s most iconic coastal road.

Around 10:30 AM, we’ll arrive at the top of Hai Van Pass and visit the historic Hai Van Gate — a site that has witnessed many chapters of Vietnam’s history, from ancient dynasties to the French colonial era and the Vietnam War. After hearing fascinating stories about this mountain pass, we’ll recharge with fresh tropical fruits before continuing our journey.

Around 11:15 AM, we’ll continue our journey with a thrilling descent down the northern side of Hai Van Pass.

Enjoy the refreshing breeze and the excitement of an 11 km downhill ride surrounded by lush mountains and sweeping ocean views. As we approach the charming Lang Co Bay, one of the world’s most beautiful lagoons, the scenery becomes truly unforgettable — a perfect reward after conquering Vietnam’s legendary mountain pass.

Around 11:45 AM, we’ll continue cycling about 15 km to explore Lap An Lagoon, one of Central Vietnam’s most famous oyster-farming areas.

The peaceful lagoon offers a refreshing change of pace after the mountain ride. Along the way, we’ll learn about the local life of oyster farmers and stop by a quiet spot by the water to rest and enjoy a light lunch while taking in the calm and scenic beauty beneath Bach Ma Mountain.

Around 1:15 PM, after lunch by the lagoon, we’ll take a short ride to our pickup point, then get on the car and travel through the Hai Van Tunnel back to Da Nang.

By around 2:30 PM, our car will drop you off at your hotel — marking the end of a scenic journey filled with unforgettable landscapes and memories of Central Vietnam.
