They've recently added two exquisite gins, and there's a to-die-for Brandy and Whisky aging in barrels, ready for release. On a clear day, the breathtaking view of the Hartz Mountains is an absolute delight.

Cygnet, Australia's last township before Antarctica, has long attracted alternative, creative, and musical characters. In recent years, renowned chefs and food writers have also made this charming one-street town their home.

A popular bakery, tucked away beside the main road, offers delightful French pastries. If time allows, tour guests can purchase a parcel of these pastry masterpieces to enjoy at their hotel. Purchases at own cost.

We drive from Hobart to our first stop Hartzview Vineyard. Then we drive through Cygnet towards Huonville stopping in at Pagan Cider.

The Huon Valley is a sight to behold with gentle rolling hills and plenty of orchards and cherry farms. The first leg of the drive takes about 45 minutes. The second leg takes about 35 minutes.
