About this experience

On this 3 hour activity, learn and experience authentic home cooking. Unlike many other cooking classes, you can learn how to cook Samgyetang which is well-know as energizing Korean dish and how to play a Korean traditional board game. Cook and dine at a local family home and at the end of your class, your instructor is happy to take you to a local market to help you buy ingredients to begin your own cooking adventure!

What you'll see

Learn how to cook Samgyetang which is an energizing healthy Korean chicken soup. Also, you can learn how to make fresh Kimchi that will go absolutely well with your Samgyetang. Moreover, you get the chance to learn how to play a Korean traditional board game! We have developed simple and easy recipes for you - but keeping the traditional taste as is - so that you can surely cook them again in your own home. Also, your instructor will provide recommendations on replacements for ingredients that you won't be able to find in your home country.

At the end of class, we’ll go on an optional market tour to a local supermarket nearby so you can check out local ingredients and some packaged products that you can buy for yourself to practice once you get back home.
