About this experience
While the majority of the focus rests on classic wine pairings, it's in fact unfair that Champagne is somewhat excluded (especially considering that it is wine). Moreover, one of the most complex wines, one of the most regulated wines, and one of the most prestigious wines, is Champagne! Therefore, we treat it as such during this one hour tasting experience.
We pull out rare bottles, Champagnes of extreme character, and we let you discover the difference between 'real' Champagne and the real Champagne. Balance, structure, intensity, acidity, tannins (sometimes), punctuate the lineup of our tasting experience.
Paired with small bites, we think this fantastic opportunity to discover more of this incredible drink is important, and we're excited to share it with you.
