This is a full day (10-hours), departing from Paris and returning to Paris, private experience with a dedicated driver and car, and a champagne-fanatic guide for up to 6 persons. Throughout the day we will be exploring higher-level Champagne, discussing and tasting the Grand Crus, meeting growers, enjoying a lunch together, and diving into the rare and niche elements of Champagne that makes it so truly special.

After booking, we will contact you to learn more about your party, champagne knowledge & preferences so that we can highlight and slightly modify elements of the tour specific to your group.

Detailed itinerary

Our first stop is in the Grand Cru of Mailly where we will head directly to the vines to meet a grower and have a glass of Champagne.

A short walk down the Avenue de Champagne, the most famous street in the region, we will learn why it's so important and have time to take pictures and discuss the large Champagne houses that line the Avenue.

In the town at the heart of Champagne, we will have lunch at a quaint bistro, food + bottled water and soft drinks are included.

Making our way to the town of Chouilly Grand Cru, we will have a full tasting of four Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru with the highly-regarded Champagne house’s winemaker (or member of his team depending on his availability).

Finally we find ourselves at one of the highest points in Champagne to taste 2 very unique bottles and say farewell to the day with a stunning view.
