Book this tour to have a perfect day on the sea, we will make this boat tour to be one of the highlights of your trip to Italy.
The tour starts at 9:30 AM from the port of Sorrento and takes about 1 hour to get to the island of Capri, passing by the ancient Roman villa Pollio Felice, the town of Massa Lubrense, and the Punta Campanella, which represents the meeting point between the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts.
Once we get to Capri,we will stop for the first swim, then start the real tour around the island. We will visit the main attractions, such as the White Grotto, the Green Grotto, the Faraglioni, the Coral Grotto, and pass by the Lighthouse of Punta Carena.
The free-time to spend on the island will be from 3 to 4 hours, and before you, it will be provided lunch,a delicious Caprese-sandwich (Tomato and mozzarella), typical of the place.
Before coming back to Sorrento,we'll stop again for another swim in the water of Capri.
The arrival time would be around 5:30 PM at the port of Sorrento.
The main attraction of the island!
We are going to pass by these amazing rocks, also called "Love Rocks", and stop in front of them, in order to take a picture for each group, this way you will have the perfect photostory of your trip!
The "Grotta Bianca" is one of the main attractions of the Island; the White Cave is so named because of the coloration of the tuff that tinges the sea cavity with light shades. Wide and broad at the entrance, it narrows more and more until it reaches a tufa platform where there are obvious signs of human presence...with a special surprise inside!
The Green cave is so named because of its emerald green color reflected along the walls and rock vault, making it very different from every other cave on the island!
The Blue Grotto is probably the most famous cave of Capri, but, unlike the others, it is the only private one: to enter this one, you have to get off the boat and get into a small rowboat that will take you inside the cave to tour it.
The Blue Grotto is optional, as it can be closed due to adverse weather/sea conditions or it can be very busy, with queues that can exceed an hour and a half on certain days.
You will meet the guide just outside the Ristorante Ruccio.
