The highlight of the day is our BLIND TASTING EXPERIENCE: A Guided Wine Dissection. Using our simplifying Tasting Technique and Template (+ongoing access), you'll make your own tasting notes and find it easy to identify advanced colours, aromas, and flavours. This process makes describing wine easy and fun, and you’ll gain ongoing knowledge to confidently evaluate any wine, in any setting.

Lunch follows at Olio Bello, with woodfired pizzas, salads, wine and olive oil + skincare sampling. The afternoon consists of tastings at two boutique wineries and a scenic vineyard for glass of wine and cheeseboard, concluding with a brewery visit.

Gabriel Chocolate specialises in single-origin chocolate. At its Wilyabrup location, visitors can taste a range of flavours, from creamy milk, to intense 99% darks. A morning coffee is also available from their local cafe.

The viewing point is a prime opportunity to spot whales during their miratory period (July to late October).
