First place of the tour , you will have mainly fresh fishes from Tsukiji Market and high quality Japanese SAKE from all over the Japan . Menu from here everyday changing depends on the what their owner get from the fish market . And we can decide how to eat these fishes such as Sashimi , Nitsuke(steam with shoyu or miso), grilled or soup . You can also order 1 cup of Sake to pairling your dishes . Guide will help whats reccomend so no worries .

Second place is Japanese Wagyu beef BBQ where you going to have Wagyu-tongue , Wagyu beef loin and fresh lemon cocktail . Sometimes Wagyu is pretty heavy and greasy if you eat them with steak but here you eat them with slice which fresh grated Daikon radish and fresh green onion .
Last place is called "Obanzai" . Which is a home cooking method originally come from Kyoto during 70s-80s and refers to everyday side dishes. It is characterized by simple seasoning that takes advantage of the taste of the ingredients such as seasoning, boiled food, and deep-fried bitashi . There are 'Okami-san' ; Master lady chef in Kimono always welcoming you as their kid so you can feel like you just coming back to your home where you growing up . So we always call her "Mom" .
Before we finish the tour , we will stop by a hole in a wall . There are very hidden but still so exciting Izakaya alley under the train tracks where opens 24-7 . You can stay and enjoy extra moments of the day after the tour if you want !!
