In factory near Modena, the guided tour starts from the production room and continues along the special corridor designed to allow you to see all the phases of the production process up close. The guided tour will continue through the pre-salting room, the salting room and the hot room. We will then visit the warehouse, the packaging laboratory, where the wheels are cut and packaged and the stable. A gastronomic tour will conclude this stage: the different maturations of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP will be explained and tasted. Parmigiano Reggiano in the different ages and types, as well as all the products tasted during the visit, is available at the sales point.

Equally interesting is the historic part of the factory which has been meticulously preserved, not least the factory entrance which dates back to 1947.
