The first stop and you immediately find yourself in the abyss of fabulous beauty.
This is the Zhinvali reservoir. 520 million cubic meters of turquoise-colored water fills the beautiful gorge. Eye-catching!!!

Along the way we will visit the architectural complex of Ananuri – the former residence of the princes of Aragvi. The churches and medieval towers of Ananuri rise majestically above the Zhinvali reservoir, embraced by the slopes of the Caucasus Mountains.

We continue the tour with a stop at the confluence of two mountain rivers near the village of Pasanauri. The peculiarity of this place is that each of the two rivers has its own color and when the waters of the two rivers merge, they flow parallel to each other for a long time without mixing.
Time to have lunch in a cozy place with beautiful views.
Pasanauri is especially famous for its khinkali and more.

Our journey will continue through the Cross Pass to Gudauri with a stop at the panoramic observation deck of the Soviet period “Friendship of Peoples”, which offers a picturesque view of the deep gorge of the Caucasus Range.
In Gudauri we will have a tasting of local honey.

We arrive in Kazbegi and take off-road vehicles to the Gergeti Trinity Church, located at an altitude of 2170 meters above sea level.
