In addition to our half day Athens sightseeing tour which includes a visit to the Sacred rock of the Acropolis and surrounding sites on this tour you will visit The New Acropolis Museum, one of the world’s most modern museums opened in 2009 and visited by millions of travelers every year. It is set opposite the Parthenon and it houses artifacts of the Archaeological site of the Athenian Acropolis from prehistoric times until the end of antiquity.

Sacred rock of the Acropolis, where you can admire these architectural treasures dating from the 5th century B.C.: The Parthenon, The Erechteion, The Propylea, the temple of Nike Apteros, The Herod Atticus Theatre.

This triumphal arch was built by the Roman emperor Hadrian. It is located on the grounds of the temple of Olympian Zeus and leads from the old city to the new one.
