Enjoy the Wagyu and unlimited Sake pairing!! Start with Sparkling Sake and then we talk about sake and wagyu, while comparing a few Sakes by tasting. Then the meat will be served and enjoy them with paired Sake. (Of course we will show you how to enjoy Japanese BBQ!!).
We select Sake for each meat meal but you can also try unselected one too!!
Full-course menu comes with Wagyu short rib, Loin and Rib Loin - Beef tongue, Skirt stakes - with some sides like Salad and Japanese Curry rice.
If you like to drink more, we can serve you more glasses and refill too!! You can also have Draft beer / Wine / Sour (Sprit based cocktail) etc. without any fee , you do not need to think of saving drinking!!
