The journey DE the train station to the different places DE the experience will allow you to admire the famous côteaux DE la Montagne DE Reims Ouest and its villages classified Premier Cru: Sermiers, between land and vineyards, the incredible circus DE Chamery, the quiet village of Ecueil, the discreet charm DE Sacy and finally Villedommange, perched on the flank DE hills.

First tasting DE our cuvée Brut Réserve v EN dange 2018, admiring the exceptional view DE my plot of "Sous Saint Lié", at the foot of the chapel of the same name. I will explain all the steps DE the conduct DE the vine.

We will go to the cooperative DE Sermiers, to discover the stages DE the production DE cuvées, EN presses et vats, from the bunch to the bottling.

We will then go to Villedommange.
We will start with a visit to the cellar DE la cooperative, to understand the subtleties DE wood vinification. We will taste our cuvée Isid'or, from the wrath and barrels of the cellar.

After a visit to our typical Champagne cellar, excavated from chalk more DE 200 years ago, you will end with a tasting in our house. This experience, combining 3 champagnes and local specialties, will introduce you to food and wine pairings.
